Contact management
Add unlimited contacts (name, company, email address, phone numbers) to your personal XBuild address book.
Optionally, you can quickly and easily import any contact lists via Excel.
These contacts are displayed directly as auto-completion in the various actions in the project space.
The recipients of the protocols and external accesses can thus be controlled uniformly and previous confusion of your contacts is avoided.
Roles & rights
With XBuild, you have the option of adding additional users to the system at low cost, depending on the authorization level.
By default, subcontractors (read-only, unlimited and free), experts (mini-users for ticket, file and plan creation and editing) and project administrators (full access) are available to you.
Optionally, you can create individual user roles with XBuild PRO and assign them to your team members.

The selected people will be sent a project invitation by e-mail, within the company or across companies.

Authorization Create
Assign your project participants the necessary authorization levels in the system.
The user roles Subcontractor (read-only, unlimited and free of charge), Expert and Project administrator are available to you as standard.
Step 3:
Together Execute project
As soon as your team members have accepted the project invitation, they have unrestricted access to your project room, regardless of their location, and you can complete the joint project.
