Since projects are usually repeated and the same tasks\/tickets and meeting structures always occur within the different project classes (industry, multi-storey residential buildings, halls, single-family houses, etc.), it is essential that so-called template projects are created for the different project classes, which can then be copied into a new project at different levels of detail.<\/p>\n

Template projects can be easily created in XBuild.
\nYou can define templates in a template project to import them into your projects.
\nFor example, you can easily ensure that all your projects have the same folder structure without having to create it for each project.
\nThe following functionalities are available to you: <\/p>\n

  • Participants: Pre-define participants who you already know will be working on your projects.
    \nYou can also predefine participant groups. <\/li>\n
  • Ticket templates: You can predefine tickets\/ticket groups and, if desired, assign them to participants\/participant groups in advance.<\/li>\n
  • Folder structure: You can create your folder structure here.
    \nIt is not possible to add files in a template project. <\/li>\n
  • Protocol templates: Create protocols that you want to have available in your projects.<\/li>\n
  • Ticket layouts: Define the ticket fields for the ticket types for your projects.<\/li>\n
  • Ticket status: Pre-define user-defined ticket statuses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Import tickets<\/h3>\n

    The ticket import function allows clear, existing Excel tables to be integrated into XBuild according to a template.
