With registration you automatically receive XBuild PRO with all available add-ons in full for 30 days, free of charge. Activation is fully automatic. At the end of the trial you are free to choose a licence package. If you choose none, you are automatically downgraded to XBuild FREE and can keep using your account as usual. Upgrading later is possible at any time.

XBuild is a web application that works in all modern web browsers — no installation. We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. The mobile apps are available for Apple iOS and Android and can be downloaded free of charge from the app stores.

Yes, the XBuild mobile apps for iOS and Android have an offline mode. You can store all project data offline and create new records such as tickets and photos. When you are back online, your changes are automatically synchronized with all project participants.

Yes! Whether during the trial or as an active PRO user: you can download your complete project including all project data and the activity log at any time via the web application — directly in the context menu of the respective project.

Our licence packages are always monthly — you commit to no long contract term. After cancellation your active licence expires. Important: download your project data before the end of the payment period. XBuild reminds you several times so no data is lost.

Simply add project participants to a project — with roles such as subcontractor, expert and project administrator. Subcontractors are free and unlimited. Via “external access” you give outsiders straightforward access to defined project files.

Yes, you can add further licences at any time — fees are billed pro rata within the current payment period. Downgrades are also possible at any time, both for licences and active add-ons.

Credit card (all common ones), SEPA direct debit and PayPal. All payments are processed securely via Braintree, GoCardless and PayPal. You manage and change your payment methods at any time in the XBuild billing centre.
