On the monthly plan you pay €169 per month and user, cancellable monthly. On the annual plan the price drops to €149 per month and user (€1,788 net per year and user, billed annually). Both plans include the full feature set.

Only active roles are paid: project administrators (full access) and experts (a reduced licence for specialist planners). Subcontractors are free and unlimited — they see and edit the tickets and project data assigned to them. On top of that, you can define your own custom roles with granular permissions.

Yes — right in the PRO version: your own ticket types, drag-and-drop input forms, custom ticket statuses, dropdown and free-text fields, and your own dashboards with live filters. If you need custom features or your own platform beyond that, XBuild Enterprise is the way to go.
